The breakfast was ok. I loved the hot chocolate and the fact that it was easy access to 101 highway. 3 mins away from my job
The customer service. The staff tells you one thing and then an hour later it's the complete opposite. They denied my payment because I was using a Debit card and told me to cancel my reservation. After cancelling and speaking to HR they told me I could use a debit card and had to re do my reservation.
The bed was not comfortable. The air conditioner was so loud, I had to get up and turn it off, causing me to be too hot to sleep. The breakfast was horrible.
When I arrived at the Hotel to check in, the person at the Front Desk (Shuttle Driver - since they didn't have a FD Agent) couldn't check me in and couldn't help me at all. They should have people who knows how to assist Customers and be able to resolve problems. I'm very disappointed since I was very tired and could find another hotel in the area to rest.
The room we were given had not been cleaned. The soap was opened from the people that were there before, the bed had not been changed, theRe were food wrappers everywhere
My first experience in an Extended Stay's property. Clean is what impressed me most.
The Comforts Package is not good enough for extended stay.
Smell, breakfast, overall feel
It was dirty and smelly. People were yelling. It was noisy......Do not stay here.
the location was convenient
2 of our non smoking rooms smelled like smoke the linens were old and worn thin the eggs at breakfast were rubbery and I couldn't even get a cup of milk 10 minutes before the breakfast time was over
Good for business
Non chalant staff
The staff and location.decent hot brekfast
My bathroom fell in
Breakfast was dismal. Property did not bring linens for sofa bed for third person for a very long time even though they were told upon booking and arrival there would be 3 people and we needed the sofa bed. Also called while driving to hotel to make sure we would have bed access for nap before going out to dinner. Exhausted but couldn't relax on sofa bed or sleep until they brought linens. Felt like took forever. In addition, towels for only 2. Just felt like we were invisible instead of guests. But close to airport.
Everything was great
Front desk personnel.
Spartan for $200. No amenities.
The bed was comfortable, the mini kitchen was nice, having access to the washing machine was great and the morning breakfast was fine. We spent much time visiting our friends in San Jose area driving around to see the changes made since we had moved so each day we were glad to get back to our "home away from home". Over all, our experience was good, and we were satisfied.
A few things: When we first arrived we noticed the bed had been VERY sloppily made. In the kitchen there was no drain plug for the sink, and the mini dishwasher door was VERY difficult to open. In the bathroom the sink drain plug was broken, and as well, the bathroom door handle was broken and wouldn't latch. Repairing those minor things could have made the stay much nicer.
Close to SCJ airport
Worst breakfast I have ever seen. Do not try unless you are really hungry! Airport shuttle service is not true I was trying to book it via email sent three times few days prior arrival but no one has replied. So I have made a call from airport when arrived but they said that is too late (6PM !) and only way to get the hotel is take a taxi. On the next day appeared that airport shuttle is "still broken". $200 for one night plus taxi rides plus breakfast that's the final price for one night stay
